Configure custom dashboards


If your team needs more than just the default system dashboard, Configure dashboards
you can create custom dashboards to track work with a different

Create a custom dashboard
Use dashboard gadgets
1. Choose Dashboards > Create dashboard.
2. Enter the details for the dashboard as needed. Configure the default
issue navigator

Note that when you create a custom dashboard, Configure the user default
you may not find the default system dashboard settings
from the Dashboards menu in the header anymore. Show more
This is because only dashboards marked as favorite
show up in the Dashboards menu.

Edit the details of a custom dashboard and articles

1. Choose Dashboards > View all dashboards.

2. Find the dashboard you want to edit and select More ( )


> Edit and share dashboard. 
3. Edit the details of the dashboard as needed.

Copy a custom dashboard


Copying a custom dashboard is useful if you want to create a
new dashboard that's based on the details of an existing
dashboard.

1. Choose Dashboards > View all dashboards.

2. Find the dashboard you want to copy and select More (


) > Copy dashboard. 
3. Update the details of the copied dashboard as necessary. 

The copied dashboard starts from the source dashboard that


you're copying it from.

Delete a custom dashboard


1. Choose Dashboards > View all dashboards.
2. Find the dashboard you want to delete and select More (

) > Delete dashboard.

Star a dashboard as a favorite


1. Choose Dashboards > View all dashboards.
2. Locate the dashboard and click the star icon for it. 

Starred dashboards appear at the top of the Starred and recent


 menu in the navigation bar.

Add a gadget to a custom dashboard


1. Choose Dashboards > View all dashboards.
2. Select the dashboard you want to edit.
3. Click Add gadget.
To view all available gadgets, click Load all gadgets.
4. Click Add gadget for the gadget you want to add.

Edit the layout of a custom dashboard


1. Choose Dashboards > View all dashboards.
2. Select the dashboard you want to edit.
3. Click Edit Layout.
4. Select a layout for your dashboard.

View a custom dashboard as a


wallboard
1. Choose Dashboards > View all dashboards.
2. Select the dashboard you want to view as a wallboard.

3. Select More ( ) > View as a wallboard.

Set up and view a custom wallboard


slideshow
You can only set up and view a wallboard slideshow if you
already have multiple custom dashboards set up. After creating
custom dashboards, to set up a wallboard slideshow of your
dashboards:

1. Choose Dashboards > View all dashboards.


2. From the sidebar, select the dashboard you want to view
as a wallboard.

3. Select the More menu ( ) > Set Up Wallboard


Slideshow.
4. In the Setup Wallboard Slideshow window, configure the
settings for your wallboard slideshow as needed, and then
click Done.
5. To view the wallboard slideshow of your dashboards, select

the More menu ( ) > View Wallboard Slideshow.
