INSTRUCTIONS
1. Migration Certificate shall be issued only to the candidates who have been registered with the
Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad.
2. Fee may be paid in HBL, Board’s branch through bank challan or Bank Draft payable to the
Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad drawnable on a bank at Islamabad.
Depositor’s copy of Challan or Original Bank Draft may be attached with application form.
3. The candidate presently studying in SSC/HSSC Part-I-II in an institution affiliated with Federal
Board must produce an attested copy of the School/College leaving Certificate (Migration Certificate
shall not be issued in absence of School/College Leaving Certificate)
4. Candidate who has already passed SSC/HSSC Part-II examination may attach an attested photo
copy of the passing certificate/Marks Sheet.

CERTIFICATE FOR DUPLICATE MIGRATION CERTIFICATE IN CASE ORIGINAL


MIGRTATION CERTIFICATE IS LOST

I hereby declare that my Original Migration Certificate has been lost and it has not been utilized
by me any where in any institution/Board. In Case it is found it will not be utilized in any way in future
and it shall be returned to the Board.
