III. Objectives
● To determine how far -reaching its impact will be when it comes to employees.
● To determine if AI has more capabilities to work than humans.
● To determine how many employees will be affected if AI will replace them.
Strength
- Increase Workplace productivity
- Improved monitoring a massive amount of data
- Better quality and reduction of human error.
- Help to generate new revenue and reduce cost.
Weakness
- AI cannot multitask
- AI cannot feel empathy
- Lacks of creativity and imagination
- AI cannot make moral judgement
- AI cannot always explain its own decisions
Opportunities
- AI enable the development of a new generation of products and services
- AI can be used in public services such as transportation, education and
government
- AI can give new job opportunities
- Less strains on employee
Threat
- Job Stealing
- The risk of losing important data
- Overused of Artificial Intelligence
- Liability: Who is responsible for a damage caused by AIl
V. Conclusion
The fear that technological innovation will increase unemployment is not
new, and various theories in response suggest technology does not necessarily
pose a threat to jobs. This column goes one step further, arguing that because
automation requires rising wages and that requires increasing the set of labour
tasks, innovation should ultimately reduce unemployment.
VI. Recommendation
In order to decrease the number of unemployment, the government must
take action in creating more jobs or opportunities for the citizens. Also we
recommend not to rely more on AI in this country. Because as for now, our
country is lacking in cybersecurity that is prone to cyber attacks, which is not
safe. For example the AI doctors malfunction during operation, which can cause
death of patients.
Accept AI that only assists employees so that the numbers of unemployed
will decrease.
Accept AI that needs to be operated by an employee.
