Abdirahman Ahmed Isse, a Somali citizen and new international student at Universiti Putra Malaysia, entered Malaysia on July 18, 2021 with a one month pass expiring on August 16, 2021. I am writing this letter with regard to my VISA.

My name is Abdirahman Ahmed Isse, a new international student at Universiti


Putra Malaysia  and I am a  Somali Citizen holding passport number is P00701331.

I entered Malaysia on 18/July/2021 with one month pass which expire 16/August
/2021.

Due to the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was quarantined for 14
days, after that to perform medical examination upon entering Malaysia as one of the
requirement for student VISA application, the University Clinic informed me that the
next appointment available on 12/August/2021.

Therefore, I am requesting a special pass and seek your kind consideration for this
matter.
