Dear Mr. Sancio:

This is to acknowledge your last and irregular financial support in the amount of ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP1,500.00) ONLY way back a long time ago in favor
of your three (3) minor children namely: KATHARINA ZULEIKA age 11, GABRIELLE DENISE
age 9, YNYR YMANNUEL age 7, with your wife LORRAINE BELTRAN-SANCIO. Please be
informed that the said amount is too minimal, unconscionable and inhuman because you
yourself very well know that the said financial support is NOT ENOUGH to provide for their
daily needs as MINOR CHILDREN. Your financial support is not even given regularly, yet, you
never heard anything from your wife.

Consider this Letter as a simple reminder that you, as a father, have an incessant
obligations and responsibilities not just to your wife but most importantly to your MINOR
CHILDREN and one of which is to provide the adequate support so as not to hamper their
normal development as mandated by the Family Code of the Philippines lest that you will be
held liable for violating the pertinent provisions thereof and not to mention the apparent
Criminal Case for RA9262 otherwise known as Violation Against Women and Children which
you will definitely be held liable.

Anent thereto, your wife hereby demands from you to give your MINOR CHILDREN a
monthly and reasonable support of not less than TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP20,000.00)
per month starting this 30th day of June 2015 and regularly every end of the month thereafter.
This amount will cover all of your minor children’s basic and essential needs such as food and
clothing, tuition fees and school allowances, and other related expenses that will be incurred to
mold and support their well being. Otherwise, we will be constrained to file legal actions on this
matter that you will truly regret.

Take note that your preferential attention and immediate action on this matter shall be
to your own family’s interests and benefits, primordially towards your minor children.
