1. References:
a. Memorandum from C, RSTU dated August 30, 2021 with the subject NATIONAL
HEROES DAY;

b. Republict Act No. 9492, declaring the last Monday of August of every year as an
official holiday that honors all the known and unsuing heroes of the Philippines
who have fought for the Nation’s freedom; and

c. PNP Memorandum Circular No. 2019-045 “ PNP Community Affairs and


Development Master Plan “TAGATAGUYOD” dated August 6, 2019.

2. This pertains to the Memorandum of C, RSTU dated August 30, 2021 with the subject
NATIONAL HEROES DAY.

3. In this regard, Talomo PSFTP CL 2020-03 posted and consolidated screenshots as


means of verification for complying social media operations with regards to maximizing
the posting of success stories of police officers who selflessly died in the line of duty
including heroism to counter the CTG’s propaganda in cyberspace; to preserve the
integrity of the event.
