This Deed of Absolute Sale of Motor Vehicle, made and executed by:
Rodolfo L. Tungol, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Soliman St., Hermosa, Bataan
herein after called the VENDOR,
IN FAVOR OF:
Jessie D. Ferma, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Mambog, Hermosa, Bataan
hereinafter called the VENDEE,
Witnesseth, that:
The VENDOR is the registered owner of that certain motor vehicle, described as follows, to wit:

For and in consideration of the sum of
