FEATURES (cont.):
• Super control with innovative My Carrier smart wireless remote control (cont.):
- Everyday combined OFF timer function and ON timer function respectively.
- Everyday combined ON timer function and OFF timer function respectively.
- Emergency function, which is used when the remote control is lost or inoperative. Also it is used when the batteries are
exhausted and required to be replaced
- Address function when two indoor units installed very close to each other in the same room. It will be necessary to
determine each remote control with its relative indoor unit by assigning address to the remote control to operate its relative
indoor unit.
- Standard anti bacteria air filters for dust and bacteria removal
• Super safety protections.
- 3 (Three) minutes time delay for compressor.
- 3 (Three) minutes minimum operation time between compressor turning ON and turning OFF during Cool or Dry
- 3 to 6(three to six minutes) minimum operation time between compressor turning ON and turning OFF during Heat
mode to allow sufficient time for lubricant to return to the compressor.
- Refrigerant leak protection by sensitive thermistor in indoor unit
- Frost prevention of indoor coil when the system is operating in cool mode with excessive dirt on the indoor coil and/or
clogged air filters.
- Defrost protection of outdoor coil when the system is operating in heat mode at low ambient temperatures.
- Cold draft protection when the system is operating in heat mode to prevent cold air from blowing into the space to
be air-conditioned.
- High temperature protection of indoor coil when the system is operating in heat mode at high ambient
temperatures.
- Self-diagnostics to determine malfunctions due to incorrect installation or abnormal use.
When the system is on and in a malfunction, the fault code will be flashed out on the unit status led located on the
indoor unit
• Easy & flexible installation.
- System test function, which is used by the installer in the field to verify that the system is working correctly.
This test is initiated via the remote control regardless of set temperature and room air temperature.
- Indoor unit can be mounted either:.
On low wall
Or under the ceiling
Or floor by using optional floor mount kit in case of impossibility of mounting the unit on the wall.
- Standard L-shape drain pan in the indoor unit to drain condensate water out for both low wall and under ceiling installations.
- Special design concept for condensate discharge from the indoor unit, whenever installed as under-ceiling.
Both air filter and return grille are pre-cut, and an easily removable cover on the grille allows the condensate pipe to exit
from the grille to the wall.
A plastic cover then fits perfectly over the condensate pipe, resulting in a discreet installation.
- Special standard brackets built in the indoor unit to facilitate the under-ceiling installation, thus eliminating the need for the
usual kit.
- Easy handling due to compact dimensions and light weight of indoor and outdoor units.
- Easy mounting of indoor unit on the wall-mounting bracket by snap fitting.
- Multi directional outlet locations from the indoor unit to pass refrigerant piping lines, electrical cables and
condensate drain line.
- Easy access to electrical terminal blocks in both indoor and outdoor units.
- Easy electrical wiring between outdoor and indoor units.
- Additional accessible service valve in outdoor unit to measure high pressure in cooling and to measure low
pressure in heating.
