ANSWER: Dr. Orata laid out his daily routine on weekdays. He got up at five o’ clock in the
morning and work until 8:30 then left to catch his 9 am class. He worked again from 12 noon up
to 2: 00 pm then hurried to attend his 2:30 pm class. From 5 pm to 8:30 pm he again work.
Arriving in hi9s quarters after nine o’clock in the evening. He focuses in his study.

how you spent your time with how Dr. Orata did. Are there similar activities that you spent your
time? How about the amount of time that you spent on your activities? How much time did you

ANSWER: As of now, as we experiencing this pandemic we are currently attending online
classes. Maybe we have similarities when it comes to the amount of time he spent in his
activities to the activities I do. There are also the time if I have an extra time I help and do the
household chores.

ANSWER: Time management is the process of planning and controlling how much time to spend on a
specific activities. If you have a good time management enables on individual to complete more in a
shorter period of time, lower stress and career success. You need to check off items on your “to do list”
you can see that you are making. There’s also strategies on performing time management. These are the
strategies: stress relief, more time, ability to realize, goals and etc. Good time management enables
individuals to complete more task in a shorter time.
