Particle technology Lab Safety Rules:

General Safety
 Be sure to read all fire alarm and safety signs and follow the instructions in the event of
an accident or emergency. 
 Always work in properly-ventilated areas.
 Make sure all electrical panels are unobstructed and easily accessible. 
 Never perform experiments if you are alone in the laboratory area.
 No food or drink is allowed in the laboratories.

Personal Safety
 Always wear laboratory dress coat.
 Before you start an experiment, make sure you are fully aware of the hazards of the
materials you'll be using.
 Use gloves of good quality while doing experiment & while handling with sand clay.
 Wear googles all the time while doing experiment.
 Always wear a mask to avoid suffocation caused by ultrafine particles.

Equipment safety
 Never use lab equipment that you are not approved or trained by your supervisor to
operate. 
 Never use any equipment whom you are not familiar.
 Never try to open the equipment by your self to see the construction of equipment.
 Always follow the operating manual of the equipment provided by the teacher or lab
attendant.
