Salary Increment Policy

Employee salary increments are determined based on their performance evaluation grades from supervisors averaged over Q4. Those receiving more than 85 marks will get a 25% salary increment, 80-84 marks a 20% increment, 75-79 marks a 15% increment, and 70-74 marks a 10% increment.

Salary Increment Policy: Employee salary increment would be depending on their

performance evaluation grade obtained from supervisors. After Q4, HR will average all their
performance evaluation grades & will follow the below increment structure.

Performance Evaluation Marks Obtained Increment Salary Percentage


More than 85 25%
Marks 80 – 84 20%
Marks 75 – 79 15%
Marks 70 – 74 10%
