First thing you need to do is make sure your device is setup to allow apps from unknown

sources. To do this you will do the following....

1. From the main home screen of your Amazon Fire device, click on “Settings”.
2. Next scroll to the right and click on “My Fire TV”.
3. Now scroll down and click on “Developer Options”.
4. Look under “Apps from Unknown Sources” and check to see that is displays
“ON”. If it does then your all set to proceed. If it displays “OFF” then you need to
click on “Apps from Unknown Sources and then click on “Turn On”. Now it
should say “ON”.
5. Now you are ready to install our app/s or any other apps you wish to “sideload”
( just means to install apps without using the built in app store )

To install any of our apps you will first need an app called “Downloader”. If you donot
already have this app then you will need to get it. Downloader is available for free
directly from Amazon. To get the Downloader app, do the following....

1. From the main home screen of your Amazon Fire Device, click on the Search icon
(magnifying lens on the far left)
2. Using your remote, use the cursor to start typing in the word “Downloader”. After
about the 3rd letter you will see suggestions pop up under the alphabet. The 2nd one
down should say “Downloader”. Scroll down to highlight this and click it.
3. Now you will see an orange box with white letters and downward arrow for the
downloader app. Click on this. The next screen you will highlight and click
“Download”
4. Once it is done downloading you are ready to install apps.

We will use the Downloader app to install one of our service apps. To find the
Downloader app from your main home screen you will scroll down to “Your Apps &
Channels” and then scroll all the way to the left or to the right to find and click to open
the Downloader app. If you dont see it then highlight “see all” and then click to see all
your apps. Now you can scroll down through all your apps till you find it and can click
to open it.
When you first start up the Downloader app its going to ask you to allow it to access
stuff on your device. Highlight and select “Allow”, then click Ok on the next popup.
From the menu on the left you should be on the “Home” option. If not then move the
cursor around and click to get to the Home option. Now you should see a box to enter a
URL. You want to use your cursor to highlight this box and then click on it so you can
enter text. The text you want to enter will depend on the app you want to install.

If you have Big Erns TV, Tv Time, Revo Plus or VodPro, then you will want to install
the main Big Erns Tv app by entering – getfu.to/bigernstv There is no need to put the
“http://” part. This one app is used with all of our services but Clear.

If you have our Clear service then you will want to install our ClearChoice app by
entering – getfu.to/getclearapk Again, there is no need to enter the “http://” part.

Once you have entered the url for the app you want, click Go on the text entry popup
and then highlight and select Go on the “Home” page of the app if it shows the url you
entered in the box. It will next start to download the installation file. Once it is done
downloading a popup will appear and you will want to move your cursor to highlight the
word :Install” and click to install the app. Once the app is done installing you want to
highlight and select “Done”. This will bring you back to the install popup and now you
want to select “Delete” and click and then select “Delete” again and click. This removes
the installation file so its not using up any space on your device.

Now you can click your home button to goto the home screen. From here you want to go
into your apps and channels and click to “see all”. Find the app you just installed and
highlight it and then click the menu button on your remote. A small popup window will
appear and you want to select and click on “Move To Front”. Now click the home button
on the remote again and you will see the app at the beginning of the list and easy to
always find.

Click on the app icon to open the app. From the login screen you want to enter the name
of the service on the top line followed by your username and password for that service
on the next lines. Finally click the “Add User” button. Now you will be on your User
Accounts screen and can select a service account you want to log in to OR you can click
the “Add User” button in the top right to set up another account for another service.

The main Big Erns App works with Big Erns Tv service, Tv Time service, VodPro
service and Revo Plus service. So you can setup multiple user accounts for various
services all within the 1 app.
Once you have all your service accounts set up simply click on the service account you
want to log in to from the “List Users” screen. This will log you into the app to the main
dashboard and all the content for that service will be loaded. If you ever want to switch
services, click the “switch user” icon from the top right of the main dashboard. This will
bring you back to the “List Users” screen and you can select what service/account you
want to log into.
