INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REGISTER OF MADEIRA

Subject: MAR e-mail addresses

Approved: 2019/12/12

1. Objective
The purpose of this circular is to keep updated information on MAR e-mail addresses and
advise on their specific uses.

2. Introduction
In our constant pursuit to improve the efficiency of our services and of our stakeholders’
dealings with MAR, we have created some specific e-mail addresses intended to be used for
certain matters.
The goal is to ensure that e-mails and attached documentation on those matters are
immediately received by the relevant persons dealing with them, thus, speeding up our
response to the stakeholders and avoiding inefficient, and sometimes ineffective, internal
forwarding of messages.
This Circular supersedes Circular nº. MAR/C/01/15.
