1. Please explain your educational background and relevant experience to this position. How will they help you
contribute positively to the company?
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and having membership of Society of Engineers UAE, having
experience of successfully completing multimillion projects on time and under budget with onsite management and
planning which will contributes positively in enhancing company's current production.

2. What attracted you to this position? Why do you want to work for this organization?
I firmly believe in taking a collaborative approach to each project so when I saw a position with your company to join
the production team I knew I had to apply. I've seen your work in theatrical production and teamwork in action.

3. Are you currently employed elsewhere? If so, how long have you been with that establishment? What are
your reasons for leaving?
My last company was Al Sabah International Electromechanical Contracting Co. LLC and worked here for more than
2 years. The company went into crisis and have only on last project in Dubai now.

4. Please describe the duties that you would enjoy fulfilling in this position. Which responsibilities would be a
challenge? Are you comfortable in a leadership role? What is your leadership style?
I was responsible for undertaking the design, supervision, installation, testing and commissioning of following
electrical activities in accordance with local authorities electrical standards. The most challenging role was to take
approval of shop drawings, single line diagram and load schedule from Dubai Electricity and Water Authority.
Yes, I am comfortable and have strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with coworkers, client, management
and customers in all kind of unpredictable environments.

5. How proficient are you with technology? Are you an expert in any particular systems?

Well proficient in latest hottest technologies related to electrical engineering and expert in all taking approvals of HV/LV
electrical systems from local authorities.
7. What have you found to be frustrating about work in the past?
Its difficult to work with subcontractors in contrary to if electromechanical companies should have their own
technicians for all related system.

8. How did you learn about the job opening? Have you recently applied to jobs with other organizations?
I search at internet randomly about different company's profile meanwhile saw your profile and current vacancies.
Of course I applied in many other organizations and have interview at 4pm tomorrow in Al Ain with client named
Musanada.

9. Are you available immediately to interview for this position? When would you be able to begin work with the
company?
Yes, I am available at all coming days except tomorrow because of my interview scheduled at 4pm, Wednesday.

What is your greatest strength and the most challenging weakness? Share an example of how these have
influenced your career.?
I default to believing that I can solve any problem on my own. This works well in some situations, but in many cases,
I need the help of others to overcome factors beyond my control. In one instance last year, I was spearheading a
client event that had a lot of moving parts. It wasn’t until after the event that I realized how narrowly I had pulled it off.
I was trying to manage everything from the strategic plan down to the tiniest details, like table settings. I did a lot of
self-reflection afterward. Since then, I’ve been training myself to take a step back before diving into problem-solving
mode and identify people or groups that can be resources to me.

10. Please share a little about your long-term career goals. How does this position fit into your plans for the
future?
“I have been in this field for a few years now. I have set up an overall short term and long term goal for my career.
Following a similar pattern here, I have added few points to the goals. As a short-term targets, I want myself to utilize
the entire set of skills I possess. In the past years, I haven’t been able to use my full potential. This job opportunity
has given me the chance to test my skills to the full. Elaborating my long-term plans, I want to take up leadership
responsibilities. Like, being in charge of a team for a certain task. While I will work on the long-term plans, the short-
term goals can pave the way for it. I am confident that I can help myself to accomplish these objectives.”

11. Describe the criteria that will determine whether you accept a job offer with the company. Do you expect
benefits or have a minimum salary requirement?
While I am certainly flexible, I am looking to receive between AED10.000 and AED12.000 monthly. Due to my skill
set and experience level, I feel that this is a comfortable and appropriate range for my work.
