Izvještaj o obavljenim poslovima:
1 Welding of holders for troll line (12 pcs). Installation and connecting of troll line (16 m). Installation and connecting of current
collector for crane on troll line (1 pcs). Installation/connecting of main power box for crane supply, cable 4x6 mm2 (3,5 m),
2 protecting pipe for cable (2,6 m) (all provided by URBAS). Assembly of limit switch (1 pcs) for bridge travel and connecting in
RO1 electrical cabinet. Welding of bumper for bridge travel (2 pcs).
3 Welding of limiters for detection of end points for bridge travel driving (4 pcs).
Setting positions of limiters for bridge crane and trolley.
4 Testing and commissioning of crane: testing of turning on and off, emergency off and sound signalization via remote
Controller, testing all functions for driving of bridge of crane and testing of limit switches, driving trolley of crane and testing of
5 limit switches, testing lifting and lowering (without load) and testing of limit switches.
All tests are passed successfully.
