Student Survey: Needs Assessment

This survey asks students to rate their academic, personal, and career/college needs and how a TRiO program could help meet those needs. Students are asked to rate needs such as completing homework on time, getting better grades, taking tests with less anxiety, organizing time better, exploring career opportunities, learning about college admissions, and visiting colleges. The survey collects students' self-assessments to help the TRiO program understand students' goals and how to best support them.
