Payment to One Rockwell Condominium Corporation can be made in several ways: by check at the property management office, by dropping a check in the drop box, or through online/mobile banking with BPI Express Online, Metrobankdirect internet banking, or auto-debit from BDO or Metrobank accounts. PAYMENT FACILITIES

Payment to be facilitated at the Property Management Office. Check payments


Cash / Check should be payable to One Rockwell Condominium Corporation. The Property
Management Office is open from Monday to Saturday (8am-12nn and 1pm-5pm).

For residents who need to make payments after work hours or during Sundays and
Drop Box Holidays, you may also leave your check payments in the Safety Deposit Box located
at the Lobby at the reception area. Acknowledgement Receipts will be issued and Official Receipts
will be generated on the following working day.

If you are a BPI account holder, enroll One Rockwell Condominium Corporation in
your branch of account as a new MERCHANT for express payments. Once enrolled
you may pay through Phonebanking (Express Phone 89-100) and Bills Payment
BPI Express Online
at www.bpiexpressonline.com. You’ll be prompted for a Reference Number for this,
kindly use the following format - UO1RW0000E where 0000 stands for your four-digit
unit number.

Step 1: Log-in to your Metrobankdirect account and select “PAY BILLS”


Step 2: Under SPECIAL BILL, choose “ONE ROCKWELL CONDO CORP”
Step 3: Enter the ACCOUNT TYPE (ex. UO or TA) under “Subscriber / Account No.”

Step 4: Enter the UNIT NO. under “Reference No.” (ex. 1R-0000E)
(0000 stands for your four-digit unit number)
Step 5: Select payment type and click Continue and Confirm

Accomplish “Payment Slip” (green form - copies)

To utilize this payment facility, you must have an existing account either at Banco de
Oro – Power Plant Mall or Metrobank – Rockwell Branch only. Auto-debit forms are
BDO or
available in the Property Management Office. On the other hand, if you already have

an existing auto-debit account, please ensure that you have sufficient fund to cover

the charges as stated in the Account Statement. Automatic Debit is usually conducted
every 27th or 28th of the month.
