APPLICATIONS
• AC Arc welding Transformers for light, Medium, and Heavy structural welding, machine building and fabrication work
• Ideal for both Shop and site fabrication welding
• RED series transformers are single phase machines, which can be connected on 2 lines of 3 phase, 415V input supply
• Also recommended as power sources for Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW-AC) applications of Aluminium, Magnesium and their
alloys

• Forced Air cooled transformers with better cooling of transformer coils resulting lower internal temperature
• Welding current adjustment/regulation through horizontal, modern moving core design
• Stepless, smooth and infinitely variable current adjustment possible even while welding is in progress
• Higher Open Circuit Voltage (80 V) enables welding with all types of special electrodes including low hydrogen types for AC welding
applications and also enables the use of longer welding cable lengths
• Optimised design - Excellent dynamic characteristics ensure smooth and optimum metal transfer
• Robust design to withstand rough handling at site as well as easily maneuverable from job to job at project sites
