APSFL is following the NCF norms laid out by TRAI, but since the company is
providing triple play services, the NCF charged is apportioned for TV Channels,
bandwidth & telephony. Notwithstanding, the NCF charged is well below the thresholds
mandated by TRAI
6. A-la-carte

subscription steps to follow:
Subscription Process:
a. Navigate to the channel you wish to purchase – either from the channel guide or by
keying in the LCN of that channel
b. Press rupee key “₹”
₹” in your remote to purchase the channel.
A List of packages containing the selected channel will be displayed, along with the
a-la-carte
carte channel itself
c. In case you wish to see the details of all channels in a given package/bouquet, Press
the “Yellow” key in your remote.
d. Select the package/channel you wish to purchase using up & down arrow keys on
your remote
e. Press the “Green” key in you remote to purchase the package.
A popup message showing the cost and duration of the package is displayed on your
screen to confirm the package purchase request.
f. Press “OK”/”Cancel” to confirm/reject the package purchase request.
A popup message with the following text is displayed to acknowledge receipt of the
request:“Request receive
received.
d. Awaiting operator authorization. Please contact your local
cable operator for immediate activation”
g. The local cable operator receives a notification on his “Operator Mitra” app with
details of the customer’s request.
h. The channel is activated as soon as the LCO clicks “Activate” button on the app
