26th day of February 2016 with the theme, “The Role of 21st Century Campus

Journalists in Upholding Good Governance, Leadership and Transparency”. Paper

advisers and student-journalists for elementary and high school are competing for

NSPC. The purpose of this event tends to develop the skills of cooperation, tact,

Voter-verified Audit

The Comelec announced yesterday that it will not activate the voter-verified audit

trail feature of the vote counting machines for the May 9 elections . At a Joint

Congressional Oversight Committee hearing on the Automated Election System ,

Comelec chairman Andres Bautista said the poll body’s en banc voted 7-0 against calls
