Conducted research on ’’ E-banking service the objective of study was “The
proposed study attempt to identify the preferred method of banking
transactions among respondents. The impact of chosen parameters on
customer satisfaction will be subjected to stastical analysis and hypothesis
testing. The study will also attempt to throw light on the extent of
satisfaction of E-banking customers. Descriptive research design have been
used primary data collected through internet .by use of research tool is
frequency .conclusion :core banking solution have enabled bank to extent
full benefits of ATM service, mobile & internet banking solution to all the
customer changing customer preferences & behavior indicate need for
introduction of new strategies and latest technologies to attract and
maintain customers.
