Step 1: Open a new Task Editor window

A. Launch the AA enterprise client window.

B. Click New in the AA Enterprise client window.

C. Select Task editor in the Automate popup window.

Step 2: Insert keystroke to enter the Sales Order T-code

A. Click Insert Keystroke from the left side panel in the Task Editor window.

B. Select SAP application from the drop-down list in the Select Window field.

C. Enter text va01 in the Keystrokes text box.

D. Enter Delay to give time for the step to execute.

E. Click Save.

Step 3: Insert keystroke for the ENTER key

A. Click Insert Keystroke from the left side panel in the Task Editor window.

B. Select SAP application from the drop-down list in the Select Window field.

C. Click the ENTER button from the virtual keyboard and click in the Keystrokes text field.

D. Enter a value for Delay.

E. Click Save.

Step 4: Insert delay to wait for the Sales Order page to open

A. Click Delay from the left side panel in the Task Editor window.

B. Select Wait for window in the Delay/Wait popup window.

C. Select Creating Sales Order: Initial screen from the drop-down list in the Select Window field.

D. Enter a value for Delay.

E. Select the condition to stop the task if the desired window does not open in the estimated delay time.

F. Click Save.

Step 5: Insert keystroke for inserting values OR in the Order Type

A. Click Insert Keystroke from the left side panel in the Task Editor window.

B. Select Creating Sales Order: Initial screen from the drop-down list in the Select Window field.

C. Enter standard order type text OR in the Keystrokes text field.

D. Enter Delay and click Save.

Step 6: Insert keystroke for the TAB key to move to the next field

A. Click Insert Keystroke from the left side panel in the Task Editor window.

B. Select Creating Sales Order: Initial screen from the drop-down list in the Select Window field.

C. Click the ENTER button from the virtual keyboard and click in the Keystrokes text field.

D. Enter a value for Delay.

E. Click Save.

Step 7: Repeat the steps to insert value to the remaining fields till you
reach Division field

A. Insert keystroke for the Division field as per the steps mentioned above.

B. Insert keystroke for the ENTER key as per the steps mentioned above.

Step 8: Save and Run the task

A. Click Save in the Task Editor window.

B. Enter a name for the task in the Save Task window and click Save.

C. Click Run in the Task Editor window.
