WHEREAS I, NIDHI JAIN W/o Shri NEERAJ KUMAR JAIN Resident of G-6,
GOVERDHAN APARTMENT, NEAR RYAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, HIRAN MANGRI
SECTOR 14, GOVERDHAN VILAS, UDAIPUR on an application made to the Rajasthan Housing
Board under the Rajasthan Housing Board Disposal of Property Regulations 1973 (hereafter
called the said Regulations) have been allotted a 86.10 sqm (size) Tenement bearing No.
5/97(A) situated at GOVERDHAN VILAS, UDAIPUR (RESIDENTIAL PLOTS) (hereinafter called
the tenement).
AND WHEREAS under the said regulations it is obligatory on my part to form and
register an agency with Rajasthan Housing Board for the management and administration of
the common proportionns and common services attached to the plots, execute the
conveyance deed for the tenement and perpetual lease deed for land, Hire Purchase
Tenancy Agreement under and before the possession of the tenement is handed over to
me.
AND WHEREAS in my own interest, have applied to RAJASTHAN HOUSING BOARD for
the possession of the tenement allotted for immediate occupation, before the completion
of the various formalities to be performed by me under the said regulations and execution
and registration of the documents provided in the regulations.
I, NIDHI JAIN W/o Shri NEERAJ KUMAR JAIN Resident of G-6, GOVERDHAN
APARTMENT, NEAR RYAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, HIRAN MANGRI SECTOR 14,
GOVERDHAN VILAS, UDAIPUR hereby undertake that in the event of the possession of flat
allotted, being given to me either I shall abide by all the terms and condition that are set
forth in the RAJASTHAN HOUSING BOARD Disposal of Property Regulations, 1970, including
documents contained therein or may be set forth in the Hire Purchase tenancy Agreement
Conveyance deed for the tenement and the lease deed for the land under and appurtenent
to the tenement by the RAJASTHAN HOUSING BOARD and shall sign and execute the same
with the RAJASTHAN HOUSING BOARD AND GET the same registered at my own cost and
expense in the manner provided prescribed under the Regulation within 90 days form the
date of handing over the possession of the tenement or such extended period as may be
permitted by the chairman, Rajastha Housing Board from time to time and that during the
said period of 90 days of such extended as period may as may be permitted I shall be
responsible for looking after rhe maintenance of the service attached to the tenement
allotted.
I further undertake that I shall constitute and become a member of the Registered
agency prescribed under the said regulations and abide by the constitution a model from
which I have read and understood.
I shall also undertake not to make any additions and alterations in the dwelling Unit
allotted to without obtaining prior and written permission from the RAJASTHAN HOUSING
BOARD. It will be open to the RAJASTHAN HOUSING BOARD to cancel the allotment and
resume the possession of the dwelling Unit, If I fail to fulfill the undertaking given herein.

I, aforesaid solemnly affirm and say as under :-
1. I and any member of my family do not hold any land with building/ agriculture land in the
agglomeration where the urban land (ceiling and Regulations) act, 1976 applies except and
allotted a House No. 5/97(A), Size 86.10 Sqmt., scheme : Govedhan Vilas residential scheme City :
Udaipur
2. I have taken a housing loan of Rs. 30,42,260/- from State Bank of India (Name of Financial
Institution).
