(Republic Act No. 7160), I MARIO E. DE GUZMAN being duly qualified and having been
appointed as BARANGAY SECRETARY of this Barangay, do hereby solemnly swear that I
will well and faithfully and conscientiously discharge to the best of my ability, my duties
and functions as Barangay Secretary of Barangay Mapulang Lupa, that I will bear true faith
and allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines, that I will support and depend its
Constitution and obey the laws, legal orders, and decrees promulgated by the duly
constituted authorities, and that I will voluntary impose upon myself this obligation,
