GENERAL RULES:
1. The organizing committee reserves the right to alter or amend the rules.
2. The decision of the Referee shall be final and binding on the players and officials of
both the teams.
3. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, fractures, damages or accidents
during the competition.
4. All the Players/Participants and the teams officials shall abide by all the rules of the
organizing committee.
5. A School can send as many teams/participants for the competition, unless mentioned
otherwise.
6. The participants/teams must report to the competition venue minimum 30 minutes
before the scheduled time of the event.
7. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
8. Any kind of weapon/s, sharp and objectionable objects and paraphernalia will be
confiscated on the spot.
9. Unruly behaviour, violence, offensive language, smoking on the premises and
possession and use of abusive substances such as alcohol will lead to the immediate disqualification of
the entire contingent of the particular school the offending students are from.
10. All winners will receive awards in the form of certificates and trophies.
11. The points will be awarded as follows:
Individual Event: 1st Place = 5
2nd Place = 3
3rd Place = 1
Team/Pair Event: 1st Place = 10
2nd Place = 7
3rd Place = 3

12. The Overall Winners and Runners Up will be declared on the last day of Viva.
13. Entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

15. The protest once decided by Executive Committee will be final and binding and shall
not be disputed by any of the parties concerned in any other forum thereafter.
16. Forms will not be accepted without the entry fees. Fees once paid will not be
refundable.
17. On the spot entries will not be accepted at any VIBGYOR schools.
18. Entry Form for Boys and Girls must be filled in separately.
19. Kindly fill up separate forms, depending on the number of entries.
20. Entry form should be duly filled in, stamped and signed by the Principal and must be
submitted along with the entry fee at the fee counter between 9.00am to 4.00pm.

RULES:
1. Swimmers must report 30 minutes before the start of their Event.
2. The swimmers should be in proper swimming costume.
3. The Rules of the Aquatic Federation shall be implemented and as adapted by Pune Aquatic
Association.
4. The swimmers and the officials shall abide by all the rules of the Tournament committee.
5. The organizing committee reserves the right to alter or amend the rules of the Tournament.
6. The decision of the Referee shall be final and binding on the swimmers and officials of both the
teams.
7. Protest: Any protest, if at all lodged must be done through the accredited Sports in charge/Coach
of the team within half an hour of the conclusion of the match along with protest Fee of Rs.1000/-.
The protest must be handed over to the organizing secretary.
8. Entries will be accepted only from those swimming pools / clubs which are affiliated to G.M.A.A.A.
and from those competitors who are registered with G.M.A.A.A. for the year 2018-19.

NOTE: Points Computation & Criteria for Determination of Best Swimmer Points Computation

1. For Determination of the best swimmer- winner/runner-up in each age category for Boys / Girls
the points allocated will be 7, 5 & 3 points of the top three places respectively in each individual

event.
2. For computation of Team championship the points allocated will be 7, 5,4,3,2 & 1 for the top six
places respectively in each individual events.
3. The corresponding point’s allocation for the Relay will be 14, 10,8,6,4 & 2.
Criteria for determination of best swimmer:
Best Swimmer – Winner / Runner-up in each category for Boys / Girls will be determined by
sequentially adopting the following criteria:
1. The number of records broken / bettered in individual events.
2. The total number of Gold /Silver /Bronze Medals earned in individual events.
3. If deadlock still persists the honours’ will be shared.

RULES:
1. Teams must report 30 minutes before the start of their game.
2. The players should be in proper numbered playing uniform.
3. In case of colour clash, it will be decided by an official in charge before the
commencement of the match as to which Team shall wear the colours.
4. The players should be wearing appropriate shoes for the game.
5. The Rules of the game shall be implemented and as adapted by the Association.
6. U/9 and U/11 age group will be followed MINI rules o f FIBA.
7. U/14 age group will be followed open rules.
8. The total team shall consist of 12 players.
9. The duration of the game shall be of 7 minutes each quarter and 5 minutes halftime
breaks.
10. The players and the team officials shall abide by all t he rules of the Tournament
committee.
11. Protest: Any protest, if at all lodged must be done through the accredited Sports in

RULES:
1. Only 12 teams are allowed to participate in each category (i.e. 10, 12 & 14 Boys & Girls).
2. Only one team can represent the school under each category (10, 12 & 14 Boys & Girls).
3. Team can have 12 players plus two officials, for the age group 12 & 14 yrs. For 10 yrs age
group 10 players + 2 officials can register for the competition.
4. Teams will be divided into 4 groups and the tournament will be played on League cum
Knock out basis. In league, each team will play three matc hes.
5. One team from each group will qualify to play the semi -finals.
6. Match timings: 15 minutes each half with 5 minutes break.
7. In case of a colour clash, a toss of coin before the commencement of the match shall
decide as to which team shall wear the colour.
8. The players must wear appropriate shoes for the game.
9. Matches will be played according to the IHF rules.
10. The players and the team officials shall abide by all the rules of the tournament
committee.
11. The organizing committee reserves the right to alter or amend the rules of the
Tournament without any prior intimation.

1. Interschool Gymnastics competition will be held in Boys & Girls section in U/8, U/10 & U/12 age
category.

2. Events for Boys & Girls are Floor Exercise and Vaulting table /Spring Board. Floor Exercise - There will
be five family groups as under.

* Family Groups Rolls: - i.e. Forward & Backward Roll, Pencil Roll, Straddle Roll, Pike Roll, Dive Roll,
Handstand Roll, Back Roll to Handstand.

• Stability & Balance: - i.e. One leg scale, T balance, Y balance, Candle Stand, Head Stand, Forearm
Stand, Handstand (Hold for min.2 seconds)

• Flexibility: - i.e. Splits, Bridge, Kneeling arch, Pancake

• Acrobatics: - i.e. Walkover, Cartwheel, Round off, Head spring, Neck spring, Handspring, Flic flac

• Jumps & Turns: - i.e. Simple Jump, Tuck Jump, Straddle Jump, Pike Jump, Turn Jump, Toe turn

Boy & Girl gymnasts have to perform at least two elements from each family group as given in the
example. They will get 1.00 point for each element, so accordingly 10 element maximum can be
