This document contains the results of a urine examination test for a 64-year-old male. The urine was a slight lemon yellow color, had a specific gravity of 1.020, and pH of 5. Microscopic examination found 2-3 red blood cells per high power field, 2-3 white blood cells per high power field, and few epithelial cells. No casts, crystals or other abnormalities were observed. All chemical tests, including for proteins, glucose, ketones, bilirubin and urobilinogen, were normal.
