Dear Sir/Madam

This refers to the above captioned wherein we respectfully request your good office to allow us to take
delivery of the loaded import container from pier zone to our warehouse located at
_____________________________________________________ and shall be transferred by our
authorized brokerage/forwarder, ____________________________.

We shall also instruct our trucker to perform physical inspection and checking of the container to note if
there are any damages or exceptions prior to trucking out from the Pier zone. Any exceptions will be noted
on the EIR issued by the terminal operator. It is understood that after the inspection was made by the
trucker within the pier zone and no exceptions were reported in the EIR, we hereby guarantee that the
container(s) is/are free from any damage and defects. That any damage and defects found by the consignee
upon receipt of the containers, the same shall be the responsibility of our company likewise, we further
warrants that will pay and reimburse your CMA CGM PHILS for any damage incurred as a result of the
defects in the container/s.

We hereby guarantee further the safe return of the mentioned container(s) in good order condition and free
from any damages to your designated depot after the withdrawal from customs zone. In returning the
unit(s) to your yard, we shall instruct the trucking company to secure the CMA CGM INTERCHANGE
RECEIPT before it is delivered back to your yard.

Also, we are willing to pay any detention charges incurred for the said container/s and we are fully aware
that the demurrage and detention are combine within (9) calendar days from the date of arrival until empty
container returned date to your designated depot.

It is further understood that this letter of guarantee can be used against us if we fail to return the
container(s) due to loss, damage or misdelivery giving rise to litigation in court. We hold ourselves
responsible to pay all the necessary charges due in accordance with your existing company regulation.

Likewise, we hold your company free and harmless from any liability that may arise from your doing so.
We obligate ourselves to settle and pay all demands and charges immediately if any.

Lastly, we hereby agree that the container deposit shall be automatically forfeited after One Hundred
Eighty days (180) from the time the containers are returned and the deposit remains unclaimed from CMA
CGM PHILIPPINES INC.
