INVITATION TO BE A PROJECT FUNDER OR FINANCIER FOR THE PROPOSED


1,500 ACRES OF ‘ROYAL WORLD MARINE TOWN CENTRE’ AT TELUK
SENANGIN , DISTRICT OF MANJUNG , STATE OF PERAK, MALAYSIA

With reference to the above matter, we would like to invite your company to be the funder or
financier for the above project.

For your information, this project has yet to be officially tabled to Local City Council but has
already been highlighted, verbally agreed and given the ‘green light’ during our first meeting on
the Design Concept with them earlier on. They recommend us to proceed with the proposal
provided that it has a strong financial support either from a local or foreign funder. In this case,
we are inviting your reputable and established company to join us as a partner to get involved
in this major development project.

The basic term of cooperation for this project can be in term of Joint Venture or Funding basis.
Any other terms will be further discussed and spelt out in a separate agreement such as
detailed responsibilities of the parties inolved, management control and also profits sharing
once the basic term is reached and agreed by both parties.

On the project brief, this is the first type of a big scale development project to be introduced
and developed in this country that would combine a commercial development together with
industrial, business, research and education centers in relation to ‘marine life’. This project will
be built along the existing coastal picnic area. It has been an effort to develop a more
productive city which will become an icon for the State of Perak. It also involves the
development of research, education institutes, international marine industries, marine tourism
city and other commercial marine oriented developments.

We strongly believe that this development will bring a major positive impact to the surrounding
areas with a new change of lifestyles among locals and different attractions to tourists around
the world. It will definately boost the local economy and tourism industry in the State of Perak
and this development project will get a strong support from the local authorities, government
and private agencies to proceed with.

Should you are interested in this collaboration, kindly revert to us as soon as possible for us to
arrange a proper meeting to discuss further on the cooperation and initial agreement.
