SCOPE OF AGREEMENT AND SCHEDULE
OF SERVICES & FEES

1. Services

The listings of activities below are not exclusive and would also
include some other activities, which may be necessary to effectively prosecute
the case:

 Preparation of pleading like complaints, affidavits & other legal


papers required by the court in the course of prosecuting the case
 Research & documentation / collation of evidences
 Negotiates & if necessary to enter into a compromise agreement/
settlement
 Attend to each and every scheduled court hearings
 Enforcement of court's decision at the Regional Trial Court only. If
the case is appealed to the higher court, the same shall be subject of
a separate agreement

2. Fees

 Acceptance fee: PhP 35,000.00

- PhP 25,000.00 {to be paid upon signing of the agreement}

- PhP 10,000.00 {to be paid upon filing of the Formal Offer of


Exhibits}

 Appearance fee: PhP 2,000.00 [Quezon City and/or Manila]


PhP 3,000.00 [outside of Metro Manila]

3. Expenses like preparation of demand letters, messengerial fees,


transportation, photocopying, mailing/postal services, motion fees, service of
summons, notarial fees and the likes are not inclusive of the above quoted fees.
The same shall be charge to your account and you shall be billed accordingly.
