Subject: Appeal to allow the use and reservation of corporation’s name “BIG
BIRD INTERNATIONAL INC.”.

Dear Dir. Sales;

We humbly request from your office the reconsideration in allowing the reservation
of the proposed corporation name “BIG BIRD INTERNATIONAL INC.”.

We tried to register the said name for a proposed corporation through the “SEC
Company Registration System” however such request for reservation was rejected
due to close or similar name/s found namely:
 BIG BIRD FOOD CORPORATION.
 BIG BERT PIZZA & PASTA CO.
 BIG BERTA FOODS INC.
 Big A Riders Club
 BIG A MARKETING, INC.

Attached herein is the verification result of the SEC Company Registration System
as Annex “A” for your reference.

We respectfully submit that the general public will be adequately protected from
any possible confusion in the event that your good office allows us to use the name
“BIG BIRD INTERNATIONAL INC.”. Furthermore, as seen in the Proposed
Company Name for Registration, the industry of the companies “BIG BIRD FOOD
CORPORATION”, “BIG BERT PIZZA & PASTA CO.” and “BIG BERTA FOODS INC.”
pertain to “foods and/or restaurant business”. While the other two companies
namely “Big A Riders Club” and “BIG A MARKETING, INC.” are reserved or still
pending, the industry of our proposed company pertains to the “raising of other
animals”.

Therefore we respectfully request for your approval of our requested reservation for
the proposed name “BIG BIRD INTERNATIONAL INC.”.

Thank you for your prompt attention and kind consideration regarding this matter.
