DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Takes care of the company’s Cold Storage in Kerala and Pondicherry.
Coordinating storage system of companies own outlets and distributors.
Implementing first in first out method of inventory .
Clarify product availabilities and delivery time of orders
Making barcode for the each item.
Managing the incoming and outgoing stocks in warehouse & assisting logistic team in order punching.
Allocating the stocks to the all van sales executive as per Area sales manager instructions.
Punching the van sales orders and stocks transfer notes in the system.
To ensure all the orders leave from warehouse as per given deadline.
Keep a close eye on stocks returns from key accounts and van sales executives and update the
system accordingly.
Check the non-moving and out of stocks lines in warehouse and inform HOD on weekly basis.
Keep the full track records of defective stocks and same time clear the defective stocks from
warehouse.
Provide daily and monthly stock reports with remarks for management review.
Monitor the inventory and incoming and outgoing stocks.
Generate reports (stock report, invoice details report etc.) as required by HOD.
Prepare delivery note, Invoice & other important documents related to customers.
Conduct periodical warehouse and vans stocks count as per standard operating procedures.
Verification of sales order confirmation against price list.
Coordination with accounts on delivery order and invoice approval.
Working along with sales team to increase the sales of the company.
Preparation of over-time details of employees for the warehouse departments and share with accounts
and HOD.
