Selecting the purification equipment according to the actual air consumption while Interlocking several compressors only use
one set purification equipment. If there is a stand-by compressor, you can select the purification equipment only for the
running compressor.

Interlock control of screw air compressor

Four control modes: Automatic, manual control, linkage control and remote control.

Linkage control function

SUCCESS ENGINE controller can realize remote control and linkage control by the 485 port. Customers can linkage control
of 16 compressors according to the requirement. Manual set the running turns and switching time.
Suppose that A is the main compressor and B is the standby compressor. A and B work together to supply compressed air to
air receiver when the pressure in the air receiver≤0.6Mpa. A work but B doesn’t work when the pressure in the air
receiver=0.7Mpa. A stop working when the pressure in the air receiver=0.75Mpa.
A begins to work again when the pressure in the air receiver drops to 0.65Mpa. B starts working when the pressure in the air
receiver drops to 0.6Mpa, then A and B working together again. B stops working when the pressure in the air receiver rises
up to 0.6Mpa.This procedures are circled again and again.
Manual disconnect the Linkage cabinet from its power when there is any breakdown or maintenance
requirement. You can do these operations through the PLC controller directly.
