For vessel Integrity Report for NDT; it was assumed that for the following
Borescope Inspection Test – Borescope
Visual Inspection test - Flaw detector
Magnetic Inspection Test – MP Kit
Liquid Penetrant Test – LP Kit
Positive Material Inspection – PMI Kit
Hardness Test – HT Kit
Ultrasonic Test – UT Kit
NDT Supervisor
NDT Technician
NDT Assistant
Pressure Test and all the equipment needed that it cost #486650000

ASSUMPTION 2
We also assumed that for Instrumentation Integrity Report that 100 instruments will be required for
14days for conformity and function test for the cost of #5470000

ASSUMPTION 3
For pipeline Integrity Report with the assumption of NPS 16” 2om long,50nos with visual inspection test,
Magnetic Inspection test, Liquid Penetrant test,Positive Material test, Hardness test and Ultrasonic test
it cost #86250000

ASSUMPTION 4
For the fire Incidence Impact Assessment Report it cost #5000000
