STATION NEW DELHI
INTRODUCTION

Delhi has one of the highest in flow of population among the major hotspots in
India. Due to growing shortage of habitable land in Delhi NCR region, group
housings have come out as a major solution for this growing need of habitable
spaces.

Dwarka region has a high potential for developing into a major residential
junction as it happens to be a node between Haryana and Delhi.

With this group housing the developers are looking forward to provide quality
dwelling units in 4bhk, 3bhk, 2bhk, 2bhk+ study & EWS modules, along with
quality amenities and green spaces.
LOCATION

The accessibility to the site is a huge bonus as it happens to be well connected


from the airports (both domestic and international), with equal ease of access to
Gurgaon and Delhi. The major corporate zones (Gurgaon, South Delhi, Central
Delhi) can be well accessed from the site.
