without even delving into your own mind and its effect on your
behavior when trading! Fear and Greed are your biggest enemies.

a. The Outer Limits
3. Whats the best piece of advice youve received about trading or the
markets?
a. Don't jump in until you've done a lot of homework. The markets have a
very non-intuitive way of moving. Start very small, and be in contact with
people who could help.
4. If you can give a piece of advice to the young people interested in
getting involved in trading, what would it be?
a. There are many facets to the industry. You don't have to be a trader.
It's not the case that trading is free money. If you're going to choose
trading, treat it as a real job and don't get caught up in the get rich
quick. It requires time, energy and love. It has tremendous
opportunities for people who are naturally attracted to it.

2. Whats your favorite movie or T.V show about trading or the markets?
a. The Big Short
3. Whats the best piece of advice youve received about trading or the
markets?
a. Always respect the marketplace. Never take anything for granted. Do you
home-work. Recap the day. Figure out what you did right and what you
did wrong. That is one part of the homework; the other part is projective.
What do I want to happen tomorrow? What happens if the opposite
occurs? What happens if nothing happens? Think through all the "what-
ifs Anticipate and plan, rather than react. - Tony Saliba (Market Wizards)
4. If you can give a piece of advice to the young people interested in
getting involved in trading, what would it be?
a. When starting out try different strategies (swing trading, day
trading, scalping) to find what best meets your style then try out
different technical tools (oscillators, moving averages, Fibonacci).
Then work back to applying the simplest approach ie. day trading
with a define set of technical tools you use. I think you want to find
the one's style and technical approach to provide consistency not
being swayed by the latest new idea. We have to be flexible in the
markets, but I believe your application should be steady day-in-day-
out.
