I dont know- the last time you checked your credit score is it around 400, 500 or 600?
I haven't checked it ok thats fine I could have somebody to check your credit report with your
permission
What do you think is on there that is affecting your credit score
I have a good credit score Do you have unpaid medical bills, credit cards and unpaid cell phone
bills? How about some old utility bills ?are you always on time with your payment? How about some
credit inquiries, charge offs? Do you have payday loans, broken leases, repossessions? Have you
declared bankruptcy or foreclosure?
What do you think is on there thats been affecting your credit score?
CALL DISPOSITION
Answering Machine: No need to leave a message, disposition your call immediately
Call Back: NOT INTERESTED /HANG UP/BUSY /DONT HAVE TIME/DISCONNECTED WHILE TRANSFERRING

Fake lead: Names such as Batman, superman, etc. Disposition your call immediately
Wrong Number: do your rebuttal and probe if cx insisted its a wrong number disposition your call as
wrong number

Skeptical Customer: Explain further how rent to own home

The first thing I want you to know is that renting to own is very easy. Usually, if you can afford
to pay rent, you can afford to rent to own. The main differences are that with Rent to Own, a
portion of that rent you pay every month goes toward your down payment. You will negotiate
that with the home owner.

The other difference is that at the end of your renting to own contract, you will still have to get
financed through a traditional lender, at which point, your credit will matter a lot. So, do you
see how fixing your credit and renting to own go hand in hand? (Pause wait for reply)

Now the good thing about renting to own is that the qualifications to get into the home are
much lower, so you can work to build up your credit score and your down payment now instead
of having to wait.

*Purchasing a home is probably the largest purchase you will ever make in your life. Your credit score
will determine not only if you qualify for a home mortgage but also how much you pay in interest

*CREDIT IS EVERYTHING, IT INVOLVES WITH YOUR EMPLOYMENT, YOUR HOUSING, CARS AND
EVERYTHING. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A GOOD CREDIT SCORE, THEN THERES A LOT OF THINGS YOU

I can understand you just wanting to rent but I want you to understand there is a shortage of rentals
right now unless you are lucky enough to be renting from a friend or relative there isnt a landlord in

CAN FIX CREDIT THEMSELVES


You very well may be able to do that but you do realize that you will have to be working with all three
credit bureaus and the fact is, they often dont listen to the little guy. All LL/ Credit Repair does is credit
repair. They dont do wills, divorces, or anything else. When they speak the credit bureaus listen. They
can get done in a few months what it might take you a year or better to do. How soon did you say you
want to move?

Can you really afford to pay the banks up to an extra 100.00 a month on your auto loan? If your loan is
a 60 month loan you could be saving around 6000.00 in interest alone. Wouldnt that be better in your
pocket than the banks?

Probe- youve never had a student loan, cell phone, etc. Did you make all of your payments on time?
THEY SAY THEY ONLY HAVE A FEW NEGATIVE THINGS ON THEIR REPORT OR THEY PAID THEM ALL BACK:
Most people dont realize that for every 30 days that they are late on a payment they can lose as much
as 40 points on their credit score. If you were late just twice you could have lost as much as 80 points
and even if you paid those up or paid off a collection, it still show that it was late on your report.
Auto Rebuttals
If the extra effort on your calls makes you just one extra sale a day that would be at least ten extra per
pay period.Thats a lot of CASH!!
PURCHASED A VEHICLE
Great! What kind did you purchase? Let me ask you, were you able to get a low interest rate or did you
end up with something higher than you expected?
A-1 If low- glad to hear that. End call
A-2 If high interest rate- Was there something on your credit score that was affecting it? Often times
we can get those negative things removed and refinance in a couple of months. The great thing is that
when you refinance it doesnt cost you anything to do it, it lowers your interest and your payment (by
as much as 100.00 a month), and you get a 2 month period where you dont have to make a car
payment at all!
What kinds of things are on your score that we can get removed for you?
Continue with explaining that theyre highly repairable, asking about positive credit, and transferring.

CREDIT REPAIR.
I do understand that but most of the time the big credit reporting agencies dont really listen to the
little guy. You have to work with all three of them and it tends to take a long time if they do listen. How
soon were you looking to purchase that vehicle? Often we get results in around 30-60 days so even if
you need that vehicle now; we could possibly refinance it in a couple of months to a lower rate and a
lower monthly payment
