Part66 Module4

This document outlines the key topics and concepts covered in Module 4 on electronic fundamentals. It is divided into three levels (A, B1, B2) with increasing depth of content. Level B2 provides the most detailed coverage. Key areas addressed include: - Semiconductors such as diodes, their symbols and characteristics, and how they function in different circuits. Specific devices like thyristors and LEDs are examined. - Transistors, how PNP and NPN types are constructed and operate, and their testing and applications in circuits. - Integrated circuits, including the description and operation of logic circuits and linear circuits/op amps. - Printed circuit boards and their
