Chinese Letter of Probate

PROBATE/ADMINISTRATION DEED
Probate is hereby granted to Dr. Agha Tariq a resident of Pakistan as Executor/Trustee in
the last will of Mr Hamadi Hashem of Iraq in China and dated 28th Day of March 2006.

Dr. Agha Tariq as the beneficiary is hereby given power by this letter of Probate to carry
out,execute and exercise all powers, functions and duties contained in the said will of
Hamadi Hashem the deceased.

SCHEDULE
1. The sums of US$ Twenty-Four Million, Five Hundred Thousand United
States Dollars (US$24,500,000.00) plus interest in Account number HSB/TT5665654/D55 and
reference code: HSB/G66776655 of Hang Seng Bank of China.

2. This letter is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Administration of Estates Law of
the Hong Kong Administrative Region 1994 as amended in 1999.
