NCP

The patient frequently experiences nausea which may be related to gastric irritation from blood. After implementing nursing interventions, the patient will be free of nausea and able to manage their chronic nausea. The interventions include providing a bland diet, small frequent meals, oral care, monitoring vital signs and weight, and treating any underlying conditions that could be exacerbating the nausea. The goal is for the patient to maintain their nutritional intake and hydration.
