Map Overview
What is Map?
A computerized test that is meant to assess student
growth

Given in reading and math

With each correct answer, questions get harder and
vice versa
Why MAP Testing?
Students cant bottom out. The are able to
continue through questions above their grade level
to demonstrate understanding

A growth model as oppose to a proficiency test

used to measure progress
