How to obtain your Samsung Art Store Voucher Code

Once your Eligible Samsung TV has been delivered to you, visit your Samsung Account and complete the following steps, no later than July 30, 2025 at 11:59pm ET to claim your Samsung Art Store Promo Code:

STEP ONE: Sign up or Log in to Samsung Account: http://www.samsung.com/ca/samsungaccount/. Creating a Samsung Account is free.
STEP TWO: Register your Eligible Samsung TV under ‘My Products’ by inputting your Eligible Samsung TV Model Code and Serial number. To be eligible for this promotion, registration must be done through your Samsung Account as described in these steps. Registration through the Samsung Member’s App or SmartThings App does not apply to this promotion.
STEP THREE: Find this offer under ‘My Offers’ and complete the online form to request the Samsung Art Store Promo Code.
STEP FOUR: Your submission will be reviewed and, once verified, an email containing the Samsung Art Store Promo Code will be sent to you within fifteen (15) days of verification.

Incomplete or illegible request forms may delay fulfillment of your request. All submissions require you to provide your product serial number.

How to redeem your Samsung Art Store Voucher Code

No Samsung Art Store subscription purchase is required but a Samsung Account and credit card is needed to redeem this offer.

1.      Eligible Customers need to sign into their Samsung Account on their Eligible Samsung TV

2.      Eligible Customers must navigate to the Art Store Icon located on the left menu bar of the Eligible Samsung TV’s main page.

3.      Once you enter the Art Store, click on the “Membership” button

4.      Choose the “Annual Plan” subscription option

5.      You will then be directed to the “Samsung Checkout” page

6.      Follow the directions to complete the payment process. Once you have entered your payment information along with the Samsung Art Store Promo Code, you will automatically unlock the twelve (12) month free Art Store subscription.

7.      All Eligible Customers are responsible for pausing or deactivating their Art Store Subscription if they do not wish to continue after the 12-month term of the Art Store free trial has ended. *

*If you do not deactivate your Art Store subscription after the 12-month term, your Art Store subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged $7.99 each month.

How to Unsubscribe:

You can cancel your Art Store membership at any time during your 12-month subscription, and you will continue to have access to the service during those twelve (12) months.

1.      To cancel your membership, navigate to the membership page in the Art Store or "Your Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. Once cancelled, you will receive a cancellation notice in the e-mail registered to your Samsung Account.  

To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods.
