    La autenticidad y la honestidad son dos cualidades muy valiosas a la hora dejar ver nuestra humanidad. Permitírselas en un momento de "crisis" es abrir la puerta y disponerse a conectar genuinamente con el otro. ¿Qué puede ser más potente que eso en un proceso de comunicación?. Lo más importante no es el error cometido, el malentendido -esa es una constante en las relaciones interpersonales y hace parte de la interpretación que cada uno hace, con la información que tiene- Lo realmente importante es darle espacio a los diferentes puntos de vista, aclarar la situación, encontrar la solución, retroalimentar lo sucedido, aprovecharlo como una oportunidad de aprendizaje e integrarlo como una experiencia de fortalecimiento para el equipo.
