I utilize the time to reassess objectives, enhance content alignment with current priorities, and engage with participants for deeper context. Rather than seeing it as a setback, I treat it as a chance to increase relevance and impact. Adaptability is key.

It depends on the type of delay, and how long it will take to fix. But overall donât take yourself too seriously. Things happen itâs a okay and since Covid people are more forgiving. Get to know people, and wing it until itâs fixed or reschedule. All is forgiving. Could be annoying but forgiving as itâs not your fault and everyone will know that.
