When will my order be delivered?

It’s easy to check the status of your order. First, visit your Order Listing page and sign in to your Apple Account. After that, select an item to view your order details, including an estimated delivery date.

How do I track my order?

For items shipped to a physical address, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with your carrier information, an estimated delivery date, and, if available, a tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each one. Picking up instead? Once your order is ready, we’ll send a pickup notification email with the Apple Store location. You can also view shipping and pickup information by selecting an item from your Order Listing page.

Do I have to sign for a shipped package?

To ensure safe delivery, most shipments require a signature. If you won’t be available, sign in to your Order Listing page and use the “Pre-sign for delivery” link to authorize the delivery with the carrier ahead of time. Refer to the Shipping & Pickup help page for more information.

How do I know if an item is available for pickup?

While you’re shopping online, our product pages will include a “Pickup: Check Availability” link if this is your first time selecting an Apple Store. Click this link to see if an item is available nearby. If you’ve previously selected an Apple Store, the product page will show if the item is available for pick up at that location. When you’re ready to purchase, select “I’ll pick it up” at checkout and choose your preferred Apple Store. Based on your preferences, we’ll send you a pickup email, mobile notification, or both when your order is ready.

How do I edit or cancel my order?

Sign in to your Order Listing page and select an item to view your order details. If the status reads “Processing” or “Order Placed,” you may be able to edit the item. If the status reads “Processing,” you can cancel it online before it ships. If you cancel an item that’s shipping to a physical address, you will not be billed. If you cancel a pickup item, you may be billed. We will initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request.

How do I return my product?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item. To return an item to Apple, sign in to your Order Listing page and select an item, then use the “Start a Return” link. You can also return the item to your nearest Apple Store.
