In order to protect the health and safety of our visitors and staff, our museum educators are only leading virtual tours of the museum at this time.
We welcome self-guided visits to the museum and encourage you to visit our Teaching Resources page for gallery guides, lesson plans, and other activities designed to engage children with the art on display. Before your visit, please note our new visiting guidelines.
Krannert Art Museum is excited to offer a virtual tour to student groups free of charge. KAM's virtual tour is a half hour or hour-long experience over Zoom video chat. A museum educator will broadcast live from the galleries of KAM to lead your students through engaging disucssions and activities centered around objects on display. In addition, KAM will provide individual art kits to your students that allow for tactile learning and provide supplies for an art-making activity. Art kits will be delivered to your school in advance of the virtual tour.
To schedule a virtual tour, please submit a Virtual Tour Request Form at least two weeks in advance of your requested tour date.
