Finance

PDI’s Finance Certificate Program is designed to provide participants with a broad understanding of financial management, financial institutions and investment strategies. The Finance Certificate Program includes advanced study and application in budgeting and control procedures, international finance, portfolio theory, risk management and working capital management.

Business leaders with the ability to apply accounting and financial concepts in decision making are in great demand. Managerial decisions, as well as timely analyses of investment alternatives, require input from financially educated professionals.

The Finance Certificate Program prepares managers for successful interaction in four possible areas:

  • Corporate finance
  • Investment/portfolio management
  • Finance markets/banking
  • International finance

PDI’s Finance Certificate Program helps students prepare for internationally recognized certification exams organizations such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education and the Global Academy of Finance and Management.
