DX World EXPO, LLC Acquires @CloudExpo Trademarks and Associated Brand Names

DX World EXPO, LLC, (https://DXWorldEXPO.com) a Lighthouse Point, Florida-based startup trade show producer and the creator of DXWorldEXPO® - Digital Transformation Conference & Expo has announced today that it has acquired the Cloud Expo® trademark and its associated brand names from CLOUD EXPO, INC., a Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey-based company that will discontinue its operation.

DX World EXPO, LLC was founded by Fuat Kircaali on May 27, 2017. "Now is the time for a truly global DX event, to bring together the leading minds from the technology world in a conversation about Digital Transformation," said Kircaali in making the announcement.

DXWorldEXPO® will be the world's most influential tech event which is projected grow to 1,000+ exhibitors in its second year and 2,000+ exhibitors in its third year, as it guides Global 2000 companies through their Digital Transformation journey for the next two decades. The global event is set to launch September 24-26, 2019 in Istanbul. It will be sponsored by Fortune 50 companies, and more than 30 international banks will be among sponsors of its FinTech/InsurTech track.

Gaining a better understanding of customers and acting upon this information is the foundation of Digital Transformation (DX) in the enterprise. Applying the latest technologies in this area is the key to driving new topline revenue opportunities.

Levent has long and successful finance career in various sectors which span from soft drinks to global construction to telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.

Levent served as CFO, Chief Commercial Officer, and a member of the board for GlaxoSmithKline Turkey.

Most recently he served as the CEO of MN Pharmaceuticals, where he sold the company to Amgen for US$700 million.

Belkis Alpergun - President and COO

Belkıs Alpergun is the President and Chief Operating Officer of DX World EXPO, LLC.

Belkis is one of the first female CEOs in a major enterprise in Turkey. She built a successful 'big brand' factoring company from scratch and served as an active board member of the Turkish Factoring Association.

Belkıs joined Coface Group in 2005 as the Country CEO and Chairperson. She established the first credit insurance company in Turkey by challenging traditional bank driven financing for SMEs and kept "top" position with double digit growths in market penetration.

She served on the board of LOGO, a publicly traded software company for 6 years. She was actively involved in LOGO's success story through M&A and additional public offerings. She initiated the company's FinTech-InsurTech collaborated platform of A/R management.

Belkıs graduated from Wilmington Friends School in Wilmington, DE. She holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Boğazici University.

Vasif Sayil - Vice President of Operations

Vasif Sayil is the Vice President of DX World EXPO, LLC, in charge of company's global operations.

Vasif is the former Vice President of ENKA, a Global 2000 company. He delivered multibillion dollar projects, power plants, pipelines, petrochemical complexes and high rise buildings. ENKA is one of world's biggest conglomerates, active in 44 countries. During his 35-year tenure with the company, he built joint ventures with Bechtel, Flour, GE, Siemens, Alstom and others.

Vasif's vast executive leadership experience along with his excellent communication and negotiation skills will make him an integral part of DX World EXPO, LLC. executive management team.

Atila Kurama - Vice President of Finance and Strategic Alliances

Atila Kurama is the Vice President of Finance of DX World EXPO, LLC, where he is in charge of the company's financial direction as well as its global partnerships, alliances and the worldwide licensing strategy.

Atila Kurama is the Chairman and Founder of the BRK Investment Company and the founding CEO of Gozde Private Equity Investment Co., the largest publicly listed private equity business in Turkey where he architected acquisitions valued at US$5.7 billion.

Earlier he served as the CEO of Yildiz Holding, the third largest business conglomerate in Turkey. During his tenure he played a major role in transforming the company to one of the world's largest food producers through restructuring, investments and acquisitions like Godiva for US$850 million and United Biscuits for US$3.2 billion.

As the founding CEO and board member, Atila negotiated and sold Turkiye Finans Bank to NCB for US$2 billion.

Atila holds a MBA degree from Cardiff Business School and a BA degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University.

Roger Strukhoff - Conference Chair

Roger Strukhoff is Conference Chair of DXWorldEXPO, the world's biggest technology event.
