We are pleased to announce our latest product, ProjectLocker Pulse! Pulse is an exception reporting system that you can embed into your actual products or web applications. With just a few lines of code added to your application, Pulse will unobtrusively capture errors and post those errors to ProjectLocker for review by your development team, including the location of the error, a stack trace, and depending on the application, session and environment data. With Pulse, you can know about problems and fix them before your users have a chance to report them.

Example Pulse Exception Report
We’ve used Pulse internally since the beginning of the year, and it’s changed the way we work. If we introduce a bug into to ProjectLocker Portal and our user runs across it, we immediately get reports and can fix the problem in some cases before the customer even has to file a support ticket. It allows us to provide better service and spend our maintenance energy where the greatest need is.
Pulse is available for all paid accounts. To see Pulse, just click the Pulse link in the top menu in ProjectLocker Portal. For paid accounts, there’s no additional charge to get started, so you can click the Get Started button and follow the instructions to install Pulse into your project.
Pulse currently works with apps written in Ruby/Ruby on Rails, PHP, Java, and Android. Support for iOS and .NET will be launched in the next few weeks. As always, if you are having any issues with the product or have suggestions for improvement, just open a support ticket and someone will be happy to assist.
