I sat down with Michael Rösch, COO of POOL4TOOL, to chat about cloud computing. Gartner forecasts that 6.4 billion connected things will be in use in 2016 and by 2020, the number will reach 20.8 billion. Microservices are a type of software architecture where large applications are made up of small, self-contained units working together through APIs that are not dependent on a specific language.
