In accordance with ARM.com security policy, it is required that email addresses are validated every six months to confirm that they are still active and under the control of the account holder.
Six months after you first activate an account at ARM.com, and every six months after that, you will receive an e-mail with a link that you need to act on to keep your account from becoming “locked.” The subject line of the e-mail is: ARM registration email address reconfirmation required.
Go to that e-mail, click on the link and your account will become “unlocked.”
If it has been more than a year since you last logged on to ARM.com, then you will need to contact Support to have your account “unlocked.” If this does not resolve your login problem, please contact ARM.com support.
